Well past and this current issue is already a big red flag for this casino.
Its better for people not to trust them anymore unless they would fix it. But for sure people will doubt to gamble here especially that they didn't perform well here. To bad for the manager that he's been dragged on this and his reputation has been ruined due past mistake he made and also for handling another campaign from Betkin. Also the current scam accusation they got would provably hurt their reputation. Many people here might not gonna waste their time to take a risk to gamble in their casino.
With the additional fact that the Betkin's official representative is also not active in this forum for almost 3 weeks, it is also a red flag so anyone in this forum is being warned.
Slow responds from the support (email) is just another red flag, good casino wont let their user to wait for this long without any communication with the user.
It is so unfortunate, as I can see is that betkin started their journey in this forum well but it is not followed by good services.
I am not sure if the former signature campaign manager can help this case, but maybe usekevin can have a direct faster and better communication with the betkin's staff or even owner so this issue can be solved soon.
