It is so unfortunate, as I can see is that betkin started their journey in this forum well but it is not followed by good services.
I am not sure if the former signature campaign manager can help this case, but maybe usekevin can have a direct faster and better communication with the betkin's staff or even owner so this issue can be solved soon.
I think this is the most viable solution to ping the Betkin representative since @userkevin merited the representative last reply to the case which means he is still monitoring this thread and in connection with the team.
I think they recently have had a review campaign on the services board so there’s a high chance that are still in regular contact for their promotion purposes in the forum.
It’s just odd that the representative become offline for a long time after responding on pending case that seems resolved the issue.
