These crazy people is just seeking for attention and better not to pay attention with their claims unless they can show something that can validate their statements. I really believe that no one can reveal the real identity of Satoshi and he remain to be anonymous just like what he want to happen.
You have defined what the guy is most probably about, an attention seeker, if not for his thought provoking claims many people would not know about him and I hope that he is getting his attention because that is the only thing he can achieve in the lawsuit. This is not the first time that somebody will bring a claim about Satoshi, and I know that we have not heard the last of them but I guess that this is the first time that somebody will be suing a government for concealing the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto, I know that in the end nothing will come off it. Seriously people should let Satoshi, to be, he created a decentralized network and chose to remain anonymous, I think that he should be applauded for it.
