If you are a single bitcoin investor, would you rather teach a trusted family member about Bitcoin than involve your personal lawyer. I ask this because I grew to understand that lawyers are good at handling confidential issues like Wills.
If you mean to involve your lawyer, does it mean you will also let him access your Bitcoin wallet? That's the dumbest decision you'll ever make if ever.

Don't let a stranger access your bitcoin no matter how you find him trustable. Teach your family member instead and make him aware how to maximize the security of your wallet so that your bitcoin won't definitely go into waste in the future.
