Please don't think that I want to tell you what to do. I just sincerely don't understand. Why did your representative in the chat (this is the only opportunity for official negotiations with BK8) repeatedly repeat to me: "your case has been checked several times and a decision has been made. There will definitely be no revisions"
Now I understand that you work honestly. And you have no desire to somehow deceive your clients. Then why did this situation happen? Do you trust your automatic system too much that you don't even leave a chance for feedback from such a client?!

Is there any way to resolve such disputes before publishing on the forum? I sincerely don't want to write bad words about a very good bookmaker! I am sure that you also do not need unnecessary mentions in such topics. BUT how? Could you leave your email contacts or allow messages on this forum from new users. I am sure that I am not the last person to get into this situation!

Congrats to you. Your case these Scammers solved because this is small money.
My case they dont solve cause it is much money. They stolent over 3000$ from my account. So let find other bookmarkers. Dont trust and play this scamsite!
