There is some valid reason for blocking your account in this way. Usually, betting site doesn't block the account of the users without any reason. Casinos reserve the right to ask the user to complete the KYC verification again even if the user has completed it before. Seems like they have marked your KYC verification as unsuccessful during the second attempt, which has lead to account block. I did KYC after i registered fortunejack.
You can see my screenshot. I made withdrawal success some withdrawal before.But the last time i deposit then play bacarat live games. I won and i made withdrawal. They put my transaction pending, request KYC to me. After i send my documents to KYC again. They locked and stolent my account with no payment.
They are scammers!
