exactly specify what one of your users had breached to warrant a block on his accounts. Now I know he did not send a screenshot of the letter from you, but I don't think he would go to greater length to forge it up

The email itself does not conclusively state what the person did. Could have been having multiple accounts, abusing bonuses, manipulating the casino using other tools to his advantage, evading ban etc. I think it's much better you are crystal clear about the terms that have been breached.
Most casinos have stringent rules concerning accounts securities and whenever cases like this happen the securities team decision is final and in most cases, the casino will never disclose actually what exactly the gambler did to warrant an account ban, I think they have it stated clearly on the terms and conditions that the security team decision is always final when it comes.e to this kind of case.
I may be wrong with that but I am sure that I am not far from the truth, because multiple cases that we have treated over here in the past are mostly based on accounts locked and funds forfeiting which have caused a lot of crises between the gamblers and the sportsbook.
