In some jurisdictions that's clearly a hate crime and in the UK there are a few people in jail for less.
An excuse to shut people up, and criminalize political decent. It'll get worse before it gets better, if we let it.

As for the drama at hand, I've seen better. I don't think BitcoinGirl.Club made that offer to pay for therapy in good faith, it sounded more like trolling to me. I think Vod knows that, but is using it as an excuse to kick the hornet's nest.
