I just want to ask you, op, do all traders want to have mentors? I never thought I wanted to have a mentor while I was learning trading until now. Because there are many ways to learn trading. One of them is youtube tutorials about trading.

There is also a google search that can give us options about trading, it just depends on the individuals how they actually learn trading.
But at the end of the day it is still up to us whether we want to have mentors.

Why not? I mean, it is like a helping hand but the only thing that hold sometimes to have one is because they are not usually free and then it may take a time to find a good mentor. But maybe there are still people that are prideful. They think they are better than everyone else. They don't need a help because they think it makes them weak.

You mentioned Youtube and Google there but there is this one trader I stumbled upon the internet. He said that he learned and mastered trading by only reading books. He is very successful though and lots of assets and stuffs now. I can believe him but if we don't have access to books yet, we still can rely online.
