Thanks, I managed to make a withdrawal without any issues.

Just a few things to point out. Maybe you can consider working on them in the future.

1. It's very hard for a player to know how much they have wagered so far or how many bets they have made. Usually, such stats should be available to the player's profile/account dashboard. I looked everywhere and couldn't see anything.
2. It's also hard for one to independently know their loyalty status or account VIP status. Again, there should be some indicator or progress bar showing one's account status in the dashboard
3. Upon account registration, I was assigned a date of birth which is completely different from my real date of birth, seems to be uneditable. Won't this cause me any issues when I start verification in the future?

Neither do I see anyway of joining/opting in nor the Play'N Go games in the slots section. In fact Play'N Go doesn't even appear in the game provider section.

1. You can check your bet history by going to the cashier. Click on "Deposit" -> "Transaction History" -> Click on the settings icon in the top right corner, then scroll down to "Transaction Type" and tick "Bets" and "Wins". You can also see it the game you're playing. Use this shortcut to get straight to the transaction history: https://empire.io/?c=transactions

2. There is an indicator in the top left corner under our logo on desktop, and on mobile you find it under your username in the burger menu on the bottom left. It is possible that the loyalty program was unavailable for a bit due to maintenance, but it's available for all logged in players now. If you don't see it, please clear cache and cookies.  

3. The reason for this is that we pride ourselves on offering an anonymous crypto experience and you can register with only username and password. Everyone is automatically assigned the same default date of birth, and this does not cause any issues with withdrawals or verification. If you want to change it, feel free to upload an ID document.

4. Please note that depending on your GEO, all slots may not be available for you. This is not something we can control, as each provider decide themselves where to operate. Luckily, we are VPN friendly.  Cool
