I will like to talk on this, whereby we all know the situation involved with mining bitcoin using PoW and how a bitcoin mining rig should be sited, also we can relate this same to effect on other natural resources mining such as gold and other minerals and their impacts on the environment to be more disastrous as having effect on plants and living organism with how they relates in the ecosystem, now is the government taking all these degradations a serious challenge on living things or they see bitcoin mining as more challenging than the natural resource mining such as we see from the oil spill on land as being disastrous or not, a topic had been publish already on these a long time ago by fillippone on the subject matter:
