Exactly 19 days passed since i requested the withdrawal ( I am one of those users on trustpilot that reported delayed withdrawal ).
19 hours is a long time to process a crypto withdrawal. Can you share the screenshot where the reason for the delay was given by the support, or the last time they told you it was under review and nothing can be done?

Hopefully we have an active rep here or a user that can try to get someone in the team to check this out and help reach a quicker resolution.

Hello Jay, yea ofcourse https://prnt.sc/M1FdruOmce5b

Also today they replied we don’t have ETA and we cannot overlook complaints team workload.

I understand that maybe there is workload very high but how high? 3000 requests? Whats stopping them for giving update after 19 days ?

Trust me those trustpilot reviews are legit 1 stars.

Like i said the match wasn’t suspicious it was my only bet i tried tbh i feel miserable this month because of what they done, if they can provide simple reason with proofs why 19 days no info i would gladly accept that.

If im sharp bettor they should limit my account and payout winnings or atleast the deposit like every risk them of every bookmaker is doing that is legit.

I'm not defending Shuffle and their admins, for the delay, BUT I have noticed that there are the same complaints like yours during the last few months. There's perhaps some reason to believe that the casino services have become more rigorous in their KYC process, no?

Why?

Because of AI generated images. It might be easier to make fake I.D. and Bank Statements. I will DYOR and post what I find.

Like i said i am open to any video call skype calls phone calls to prove im legit, please don't defend them its clear they want to hold the funds as seems like they were hit hard before and have money issues from bussiness perspective i will never understand why someone will do that bad of a deal to not pay 400$ profit.

If i own the bookie i would never do that.

Even if like you say they investigate AI made images they should tell you not ignore you.
