When I was dealing with this my weakness was chasing my losses, that was the only thing that triggered the urge to gamble more. The more I lost I would continue losing more until I came up with a way to solve this addiction problem. I always divide my bankroll for the month into the amounts I would stake daily, some people lose their entire bankroll in one day which is bad, I divided it and made sure I don't touch the rest after losing my stake for the day. This gave me a lot of control over it.

Doing such a thing must have a high level of discipline because your weakness is chasing losses which means you must be able to control yourself if you experience defeat and it could be possible every day because you gamble every day where the percentage of defeat is greater than the victory and in my opinion gambling every day is also not good can trigger your weakness and one day can make your self-control shaken, it is better to avoid gambling every day and set a minimum amount so that you do not mind too much if you experience a loss and do not try to chase the loss.

Self control is necessary because at the moment or time that you wont be having such control then there's no way that you can be able to stop yourself on playing and thats indeed a very common weakness for gamblers. There's no way that you cant be able to notice out at the moment that you do play gambling. The main issue is that on the time that you've been experiencing loses then this is where your emotions do become impulsive on which your desperation do kicks in the most of the time people do fail when it comes to controlling into themselves and ending up on making deposits even more. It all matters about your mentality and with your emotions on which if you cant be able to control up such matter then it will be that a huge problem later at the moment that you do get that addicted on which this is the most common issue for most gamblers.
