Hey Betpanda team, are you guys intentionally ignoring the
scam accusation thread? I can't see any response from your team yet on the scam accusations. It doesn't really look good when you lock an account right after the win, even if the amount isn't very big. Why don't you guys protect your platform so no one could cheat with you? You guys don't even like to explain the situation to the user by mail. Just writing breaking the terms – why not write in detail which terms were broken? If you guys need to build your reputation on the forum, you must respond to accusations and solve the issues. Continuously ignoring would destroy your reputation on the forum.
Exactly, it won't help in the long run if they just keep giving vague reasons and not clarifying on any thing
There is nothing wrong with being straight up with the user and telling them what wrong exactly they did. They lose absolutely nothing. It's not like they are supposed to report every detail of the technicals they used to uncover the abuse by the culprit.
