Hey Betpanda team, are you guys intentionally ignoring the
scam accusation thread? I can't see any response from your team yet on the scam accusations. It doesn't really look good when you lock an account right after the win, even if the amount isn't very big. Why don't you guys protect your platform so no one could cheat with you? You guys don't even like to explain the situation to the user by mail. Just writing breaking the terms – why not write in detail which terms were broken? If you guys need to build your reputation on the forum, you must respond to accusations and solve the issues. Continuously ignoring would destroy your reputation on the forum.
Exactly, it won't help in the long run if they just keep giving vague reasons and not clarifying on anything.
There is nothing wrong with being straight up with the user and telling them what wrong exactly they did. They lose absolutely nothing. It's not like they are supposed to report every detail of the technicals they used to uncover the abuse by the culprit.
Upon reading your comment I went straight to the ask gambler site to check betpanda ratings and amount of open accusations against them and for sure I saw two unresolved cases and one resolved case, so for me at think the main problem is with betpanda communication methods, not replying or given details on cases can spick doubts in the mind of gambler's so for sure I believe I wish they change in that direction.
And their casino rank will keep dropping in those platforms whenever ans issue is not resolved or is being ignored by the reps.
