You are confusing yourself if you think that nobody bought Bitcoin since 2011 that is still holding till date. Even though I don't owe you any explanation, it is proper I make you understand that I know someone from my country that bought Bitcoin as early as 2011 at a price of $35 per coin, he still hold a good portion of those Bitcoin and have never stopped consolidating on his Bitcoin collection because he is a hardened believer in Bitcoin.

If you have figured out a way of surviving and still have surplus to put into Bitcoin, why can't you hold for as long as possible? There are people that have high paying jobs that are putting a lot of money into Bitcoin and have never sold, I have one of them as a high school mate. You already learnt from this thread what is required to be able to hold Bitcoin, they moment you apply them, it will work like magic for you. Don't think that anyone going into Bitcoin is for short time buy to sell, some are thinking long term which covers several decades.

Yes it is possible to hold Bitcoin from 2011 till today because back then the price of Bitcoin was not up to $40 that is to say that the price was very small and even though things where very hard then I know there are also people ( investors) that have money to buy as much Bitcoin as possible just like today things seems to be hard but yet some people are still buying in a good proportion because of the kind of work they are doing. However, there are old folks that bought more than 4 Bitcoin back then when the price of Bitcoin was still small and even if these investors wishes or wants to sell, they can not sell all because it is an investment and there are investors that knew that Bitcoin will be great in the future even though they don't have a complete conviction. Moreover, whether an investor hold Bitcoin from 2011 till current date shouldn't be our problem or concern rather our own concern should be how to accumulate and grow our portfolio so that in years coming we will be like those folks that invested in the early 2011-2015
