If you have to ask what you have the authority to do, but have to ask for permission (Safety precaution for the unknown), then you probably shouldn't.
It appears he's gotten his meds adjusted, at least. What was the last one, "death wish" or some hateful morbidity of the sort?
Wow, this nullis fella is somewhat similar to me (I also had a death wish, sometimes still do when the pain in my head starts), did he also punched, and slapped his father, and grandfather?, and after a few years he got a reply from his father telling him, 'My Jaw still hurts'?
