Hey, everyone i texted at 5.4 to the compliance team and they stiil didn´t asnwered me. Is it normal to take that long i saw their response time can be 20 days but that seems kinda long. Gonna be glad for any answers.

As you wrote to them by 5th of April, I'd like to give their compliance team about a week to handle your matter before nudging Razer about your unaddressed email and ask for his help to put things in motion. Rollbit's new approach seems to be quite effective, as there was another case got resolved yesterday.

So, 12th of April, nudge me.
