Everbody should ask that question what is the exacly ORDER? We all know that islamic nations and india have east the moon order where you been born "caste" system you have no choise but you have only limits it don't matter you might be talented or with right education you could reach far.

In brazil as i know it's called "favela" system so as russia try to be part of "moon order" where you have no choise and freedom then people should ask exacly from putin what is the ORDER ?
If it's mixed little bit one little bit other that means country is exchanger between west and east but not the one order.

Now Europe and UK been in the middle way 50% moon little bit and little bit SUN order the sun is freedom when everybody can choose.

What brics nation people should ask will they will be moving into caste system or will be 50/50 little bit communism dictatorship and hypocratic rigged order.
