As you wrote to them by 5th of April, I'd like to give their compliance team about a week to handle your matter before nudging Razer about your unaddressed email and ask for his help to put things in motion. Rollbit's new approach seems to be quite effective, as there was another case got resolved yesterday.

So, 12th of April, nudge me.

Hey, so its been a week and they stiil didn´t answered me.

Noted, I'll page Razer. I understand correctly that the email sent to their compliance team came from jirikeucz@seznam.cz ? I'll come back with an update if Razer addressed it to me. Else, suppose me nudging him get the case back in motion that's observable from your side, kindly update us.
