If this is their policy, you should be aware of it and know exactly the source of the funds sent to your account. If you don't, I think you should collect plenty of evidence, including transaction hashes and similar records.. This way, if they ask for the source of the funds, you can meet their requirements. Also, if you use Binance to receive funds from your clients, , that might be a bad idea if you’re giving them your deposit address directly. Instead, you could consider using Binance Pay so that both parties are using the same CEX.

Unfortunately, CEX fights decentralization and privacy in compliance with regulations. If they don’t do so,, the teams behind it could face legal issues and fines, which will hinder the platform's growth and expansion in other countries. There are fraudulent CEX platforms that exploit this compliance as an excuse to suspend a client's account or confiscate their funds without providing convincing reasons.

Indeed, what you did is a good thing. CEX platforms should be a secondary option and should not be relied upon entirely... When depositing funds, it’s better to do so in parts, especially if the amount is large, rather than all at once.
