You’re absolutely right to feel scammed. You used a UPI option displayed and facilitated by Stake.com, and regardless of whether it was routed through a third-party vendor, the transaction was made in good faith by you as a customer.

NowYou used a UPI payment method directly listed on Stake is saying “it wasn’t sent to us,” yet.com — one they were the ones who chose to partner withknowingly routed through shady third-party vendors during that time. That’s like a shop saying your payment isn’t valid because their cashier pocketed the money —Whether Stake wants to admit it or not, you made the payment in good faith. It's still their responsibility.

Your ₹500 (roughly $5.81 USD) may seem small, but Saying “it wasns the principle that matters. Stake can’t just abandon users who used old UPI gateways. You’re owed a refund.sent to us” after YOU displayed the payment method?
That’s like a shopkeeper blaming the customer for a thief among their cashiers.
@holydarkness — What are you going to say this time? Where people like me can't use even email support.
Your ₹500 (~$5.81) may seem small, but this is not about the amount — it’s about accountability.

📸 Screenshots don’t lie:

And now, support doesn’t even let some of us open a ticket — while @holydarkness & co. act like nothing happened.

🚨 STAKE.COM SCAM ALERT (INDIA) 🚨
Stake is now charging a 10% withdrawal tax (previously 15%) on INR.
They claim it's due to “payment provider fees”…

But let’s break down what they’re really saying 👇

📌 CONTRADICTORY MESSAGES FROM SUPPORT
VladimirBa (16m ago):

"The decision to increase the fee has been made by the payment provider... This change is beyond our control."
"We are unable to influence or modify the fee."
(also adds): "The fee was first increased to 15%, then changed to 10%."

MarkoPe (6m ago):

"We understand you may be frustrated by the recent decision made by the payment provider..."
"You can always use crypto if this fee is too high."

So wait — if the provider is choosing fees, who is the provider?
Why is there no public announcement?
Why is there no receipt or invoice for these deductions?

⚠️ THE TRUTH THEY WON’T ADMIT
Stake used illegal third-party UPI gateways for Indian users

Many Indian banks flagged and froze accounts

Now, Stake is charging "provider fees" to cover up their mess

And instead of refunding affected users like @Thamizhan, they shift blame to "payment providers"… which they selected.

💣 STAKE SUPPORT IS BROKEN

So Stake is all ethical now?
❌ Email support = disabled

❌ Live chat = only for unflagged accounts

❌ Refunds = selective, dodgy, and dishonest

Stake told a customer their ₹500 was "not received" — even though the UPI method was Stake-endorsed.

That’s not customer service. That’s fraud wrapped in disclaimers.

🧠 THIS IS GASLIGHTING, NOT "RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING"
They say: 🧩 "We’re compliant now"
🧩 "We can’t control the fees"
🧩 "Talk to the provider"

But they: ✅ Chose shady vendors
✅ Deny valid transactions
✅ Shut down refund requests
✅ Block emails, chats, and criticism

💡 IF ₹500 CAN VANISH, WHAT ABOUT ₹5 LAKH?
If they can wipe their hands off ₹500, imagine what they’ll say if you lose ₹50,000 or ₹500,000?

This isn’t a single error.
This is a repeated pattern of:

Avoiding legal responsibility

Dodging customer complaints

Silencing victims

📢 ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. SPEAK OUT. 📢
✅ File a complaint with the Curacao Gaming Board
✅ Report to https://cybercrime.gov.in
✅ Share your screenshots, chat logs, and story

Together, we can expose them.
