He's clearly the man for Barcelona. I like him even though my team is Madrid. But you know what I like most about this? That Barcelona is this strong, because Madrid is in a very bad position right now and they still have to do better, and the only way to do better is to play against the best. And Barcelona is one of the best teams right now , If Madrid manages to beat Barcelona and take these trophies from them, I'd say it's ideal because you have to beat a team when they're at their best, This is a big challenge for Madrid.
One of the problems Madrid are facing at the moment is chemistry because for me although there are some things to take away from the performance, the chemistry in their attack is still very much lacking because Mbappe and Vini seem to contradict each other because they have the same thing to show. They are good individually but they are bad to put together in a match.
This is what makes Barcelona look stronger for now. If Madrid can keep up then the competition will be level but for now in terms of cooperation and chemistry it is clear that Barcelona are better and that will affect their performance and the standings in the end.

Currently, they are still running 3 competitions where La Liga will soon enter the final phase, Copa del Rey for the El Clasico final and 1 step has ensured themselves to qualify for the Champions League semi-finals.
Clearly this is a good result, if only they continue to be consistent like now, it is possible that Flick in his first season can bring more than 1 trophy but the season is still ongoing so even though that possibility exists, Flick must be able to maintain his mentality and performance, especially now that the season is entering a crucial phase and the middle of the season must be a lesson for them so that things like that don't happen again.
Honestly, even if Hansi Flick succeeds in winning just a trophy for Barcelona this season, he should be awarded because this is a coach that met Barcelona at a very bad state and at the verge of collapse resulting from bad financial system and lack of many quality players in the squad, but Hansi Flick was able to manage the available players and built them to a quality standard that they are still involved in chasing after the 3 most important trophies which are the La Liga, the Copa Del Ray and the Champions League and looking at how Flick have been able to structure the team, they are likely to go home with at least 2 out of the three trophies they have at hand. When a coach has the interest of his team at heart, he makes sure he develops the team with the little resources being given to him and that is exactly what Flick has been able to achieve for Barcelona.
For a debutant in the first season with a trophy of course must be given high appreciation but now with Barcelona's performance like this it looks like they will not be satisfied with just 1 trophy.
The Spanish Super Cup is already in their hands and now La Liga is also quite comfortable in terms of competition, the Copa del Rey they have entered the final phase and the Champions League they are now quite comfortable with 1 foot in the semi-finals after winning big in the first leg. Flick won't be satisfied with one trophy if they can possibly get more especially now that Barcelona's momentum is clearly felt so he will pursue trophies as much as possible in other competitions where the opportunity is currently wide open.
