For sure, there's no reason to block VPN users (to bypass 3rd party providers) for a casino without sportsbet. But there are still "Restricted Countries" not allowed by casino license.

I don’t think using a VPN will pose a problem for identity verification, as long as the user submits their real documents.

Bypassing 3rd party providers isn't the same as bypassing casino-restricted countries, that's the usual norm for years.
