I’ve been waiting for over two months now for an explanation as to why over $30,000 of my winnings were confiscated. Despite multiple emails requesting clarification, supporting evidence, and a reference to the relevant Terms and Conditions, I’ve received no meaningful response. Hopefully, you will do better here.
