If you are a single bitcoin investor, would you rather teach a trusted family member about Bitcoin than involve your personal lawyer. I ask this because I grew to understand that lawyers are good at handling confidential issues like Wills.
There are so many topics on inheritance plans in this forum, so anyone who is looking for an inheritance plansplan that aligns with them simply has to use the search button and read these discussions that we have had over the years.

However, i want to add that if you do not have anyone you trust, i recommend that you keep your seed phrase to yourself. For me the option of a lawyer is aman emphatical NO. Take note that even if you have a trusted family person, they may not understand anything about BTC, they could have a terrible opsec, andso if you give such a person access to your seed phrase, you are very close to loselosing it.
