I struggle to understand why some people paint President Trump as the villain in this tariff war. Let’s not forget that China has long banned or restricted many U.S. products and services. Trump’s tariffs are a response to China’s unfair trade practices, which have persisted for over a decade. Beyond tariffs, China blocks major U.S. companies like Facebook, Twitter, and Google from operating in its market.
You seem not to understand what's going on. Every country has the right to ban any product/service entering or leaving their country, which is different from a tariff, and a tariff itself is neutral until you weaponiseweaponize it deliberately. That's what Trump did. The way you talk about China is the way the US has a lot they've banned too, check data. For instance, you know what's happening to TikTok, and what about Huawei? Have you forgotten so soon that US citizens/residents can't open a Forex/Exchange account outside the US? Before you talk, learn the actsfacts.
