Honestly? Probably. theymos could remove it if they deemed it urgent enough. However, I still think some sort of incentive other than helping the community, because it's a fairly thankless task (thank you to all the reporters out there). I would've loved to see the reporter badges that theymos hinted at possibly implementing at some point.

mprep did a great job at implementing it via userscript with the limited amount of data they had, however it doesn't really satisfy the gamification that a lot of people love, and get motivation from if the badges don't show up on your profile or next to posts to the masses.
