The idea is that you should not have any money at all at the start, but plenty of people in the world happen to come to some money one way or another in their life, not everyone of course, but many people do, but most people just spend that.

If you are smart with your budget, you could always end up getting enough for a capital for a business, even if not enough, having 20-30% of it means you could take loan for the rest and start a business, and let it make money for you instead. Then, the more you grow, the more loans you take, and the loan will allow you to grow bigger and you keep doing that. Some bankrupt, and the ones who do not bankrupt end up being the rich we see.
