We were all newbies once and we found various boards at our own pace over a period of time. When newbie accounts are posting with determination and knowledge not normally associated with those that are new to the forum, suspicions will arise. Usually, when I see newbie accounts posting in the Reputation board, they are operated by a puppeteer.
Not to play devil's advocate here, but it could also be a user who knows someone in the forum personally. Another user for example. I am saying this because the user is very active in this campaign as well:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5535260.0, which could also be because someone told them about it and they registered to participate.
The determination is outstanding. It took me 6 months to realise there are boards other than bitcoin in this forum.
And, to be honest, I am still hesitant when posting in Meta, Reputation and Services boards.
