The customer support at this casino is atrocious! I’ve been waiting on a roughly 25k withdrawal for over two and a half months, and still nothing. Support doesn’t respond to emails, and if I somehow manage to get through to live chat, they do not give any answers and just start ignoring me altogether.
It took me a month to even find someone from the team through their dead Telegram channel. That person told me there was an open case with a provider, and that was it. No follow-up, no timeline, no transparency.
In their last promo email, they included a Telegram contact for a different VIP manager, so I tried messaging him too—two weeks ago—and just like the rest of the support team, he completely ignored me.
It is insane. This kind of treatment is beyond unprofessional.
