In my opinion, it is not right to force someone to do any work on holidays. Many people hope to spend some time with their family on holidays after working all year round. An employee is not a robot that will always work, he needs some rest. But there are many company owners who are only interested in making their company profitable but they never think about the employees. If the employees are given a day off on holidays after doing good work all year round, then their mind is very good and they are interested in working in that company. And if the employees are forced to work even on holidays without giving them a day off, then they get bored and think about quitting the company. And if they quit their job like this, the company may eventually become unusable.

Yes, of course everyone needs free time to just take a vacation and chat with family. Rest time is important to maintain work-life balance, productivity, and employee morale. When someone feels appreciated and has time for themselves and their family, they will be more motivated and loyal to their work.

However, on the other hand, for those who work as factory workers or casual laborers, long holidays can actually be a nightmare. Because their income depends on the number of working days, not working means not getting paid. Many of them have to look for other jobs during holidays, either odd jobs or accepting additional work calls, just to ensure that their family's needs are met.

So, this holiday issue does have two sides. Ideally, everyone can enjoy their rest time without having to worry about income, but in reality, not all workers have that kind of comfort.

An employee's income should allow them to do what they want on their vacations. Of course, first of all, they should take vacations and not have their wages cut during these vacations.

Wages should not be cut during weekends or holidays determined by the workplace, and the person should work and live in better conditions. Providing an environment that allows a person to be committed to their job and enjoy their job is important for both the employee and the workplace.
