Not only merit transactions can be disliked. But also, if a larger account happens to be a DT member and gives a positive tag on their new casino account, it can also be categorized as trust abuse. But this case did not happen to the account referred to by OP.

The community frowned at merit abuse, trust abuse is a serious offence and there are serious punishments for such acts.

While this was said to be done by a legitimate casino, it's important for any service or individuals to be well aware of the rules and regulations of any place or platform they choose to stick with in order to avoid acting against it and facing the backlash.
