So far, we've got the mens rea, the confession, and two "witnesses" put you at "the crime scene" [the place/situation you're in, namely being flagged by Betby]. That'll limit your option to provide an alternative plausible explanation of the situation to free yourself from the self-incrimination. The prosecutor will just say "the prosecution rests", and they sit idly, like what they're doing right now, and sans the defendant's counterargument, the court will quite likely ruled that the defendant found to be guilty.
