He knows that it's his fault but he don't want to put the blame to himself. That's fine if he's not sticking around because the violation could be big and he won't really be back anymore based on the decision of the management. And you're right about setting as an example, we have to be responsible and respectful as well. We have to set boundaries and limits so that we won't be violating any rules that are being implemented if we want to stay with 1win and even with the other casinos of their choices.
And this often happens in casinos, even well-known casinos, they do not accept what happened even though it was actually an intentional or unintentional mistake and it is still a violation and tries to defend themselves as if the casino made a mistake or even committed fraud in the hope that there will be a defense from the other party or did it on purpose.
And I see most of them are new accounts or beginners, but there are also those who respect the casino and admit their mistakes without defending themselves and that is a mature attitude to just keep quiet and go find another casino without making any more mistakes and I really appreciate gamblers like that.
Yes, that's why we see many scam accusations despite that the concern was already resolved by the casinos themselves. But the person that has found violated the rules can't accept the fact. This will never stop and the only way to make things right is through them moving on. Because if they're not going to move on, they'll have a big problem to themselves that each time they're stopped by the casinos where they are playing, they will do the same thing repetitively and they will not move on anymore.
