That is a given thing with gambling. We have to accept that as a reality that we'll lose money eventually.
But if you're up for it and taking time in learning how to win them back, it'll also have to cost something for it.
And that's what we need to do, play and gamble in moderation and so our budgets wouldn't be cut for something else and an important matter that we have to address instead of gambling.
Well, from losing money, this is what I think is a way to train our emotions, regardless of how we respond to it, for people who cannot control their emotions, what might happen is that they will be emotional when they lose the money they bet.

Another thing for people who can control themselves, they will not experience emotions when they lose money, and actually the way to respond to gambling is to be able to accept the reality when we lose money because that is certain to happen.
They can still experience emotions but they're just so good in handling it because of what they've experienced before.
But they are still humans and they can still do what the others have and what they feel.
Acceptance is what we are telling to many that it is what they need to do when they lose money.
