Klopp’s never managed a team that is always a favourite, where the pressure is so high to win with very little room for failure. At Dortmund and Liverpool he competed against teams that spend much more money than he could. He was given time to build a team at both Dortmund and Liverpool, he would not get time or any leeway at Real.
It will be really interesting to see how he does at a club where he is allowed to spend a lot more money. I don’t think he will go to Real Madrid but would be fascinating if he does.
Klopp has always been a project kind of manager. One thing I like about him is that he has always fought hard in leagues that has top managers as well. If he eventually joins Real Madrid (which I'm not sure of), then it will be his third time of moving to a league that has other top managers. He did it while he was at Dortmund, and of course pep was his competitor. Same thing while he was at Liverpool, and of course, pep was there to compete. If he chooses to make the move to Real Madrid, then he has Flick and Simeone waiting for him, and I believe he will do well if given the time to work.
But the big question is, will he take the offer?. From what I saw, he's currently the sporting director of RB Leipzig, but I hope to see him back in the game of coaching.
If Kloop goes to Real Madrid,
then it would be much easier for him to succeed there compared to when he was at Dortmund and Liverpool, regardless of whether he'll be given much time or not, there would be enough funds to build the team to his taste in about 2 transfer windows that's the summer and winter windows instead of waiting for many seasons. That aside, Real Madrid already has lots of quality in their depth, they just need a very good manager that would put them in order and get them performaning at their best again, Ancelotti have been good with this particular squad in the past but it seems he's currently lacking ideas of how to put them in order. According to your question Klopp might not likely take the offer but if given an offer he can't reject then he'll jump on it, who wouldn't want to coach Real Madrid especially when it comes with a very good offer.
