You are assuming he had setup a business. He didn't. He was an independent programmer - not part of any business when he created Bitcoin. As such - no records.
The closest anyone can come is looking at who 1st registered this forum (that he created) as that
does require some documentation. Thing is, of course the person registered does not have to be Satoshi (and most likely isn't) -but - no doubt did work with him.
New questions should be this: When did Bitcointalk become a registered business? Was it before or after ownership was transferred to theymos? If it was after then the records start with theymos. If it was before, then things are more fuzzy as the forum could have been ran by others with Satoshi staying out of the public record. No doubt there
are some folks who know The Truth and to their credit have fully respected Satoshi's desire to remain unknown.
