I never use self exclusion on shuffle but it’s a serious accusation if you can still play despite being self excluded because it’s a must for gamblers to fight addiction.
Shuffle is a trusted brand here so you need a solid proof before you can gain community support.

The question is why I cannot retrieve my funds from self excluded account but I able to keep playing even the casino knowing me by IP address, browser fingerprint etc... ?
They know exactly what I'm talking about. I'll really wait for a position from them. I have a lot of unresolved issues with this site and I can prove any point. But maybe I'm not right. However, this site has no concern whatsoever for the mental health of its players... to reiterate... "cam" and "Brett" know very well what I'm talking about.
