I also asked the eBay seller if they had any others, particularly the 2 missing gold eagle dies & they said this is the only one they have.
could be that they bought them from the guy who "stole" er sorry "found" them after they fell of the truck... They may communicate this directly to BCP and provide them with the seller's information (the one who sold it to the eBay seller)
eBay seller states Bitcoin Penny told them they could keep it.
