I had a quick glance at section 2.3.3 of your T&Cs page, and the above statement appears to be misleading
[screenshot of the section in question]! You either have control or not... There's no in-between that can count as non-custodial
[you're giving a false sense of security to your users]!

To clarify: XCHAINGER does not offer custodial accounts or wallet services.
We are a non-custodial exchange service, meaning:
✅ Users cannot deposit or store crypto with us
✅ We do not offer internal balances or top-up accounts
✅ All crypto is sent directly from our liquidity source to the user’s own wallet after each transaction
✅ We do not hold user funds — even temporarily — in an internal or pooled wallet
The section you referenced could benefit from clearer wording, and we’ll make sure to review it for improved transparency. 👍
In practice, every transaction is processed directly wallet-to-wallet, without holding user funds at any point.
