if you became a full member in the month then you get paid that rate. the next month you also get paid a rate as a full member and so on...

I sure this person become full member on 29 April because all members activity was updated on this day

so that means that his payment is still 0.0003 maybe he did not read some of ritz post regarding on this matter that even if you become a full member or higher and you are still at the current month you will still be paid as a member or lower than what you become
