It is reference information and we should not automatically that all accusations from newbies are invalid but if they only provide vague accusations without enough proof, it's higher chance of invalid.
It would be a flaw to say that, newbie complaints on their runnings with casinos are grossly invalid, that’s so wrong.
In any case from careful observations, it’s always from the newbies. I’ll take it that, these aren’t exactly newbies to gambling but, don’t be surprised if a good number of them are veteran gamblers who seek to exploit loopholes in casinos and sportsbook to benefit themselves just to run into trouble with the T&S.
The evidence to their case would be evaluated by support anyways but, you get to ask… why always newbies?
That’s correct. When dealing with scam accusations, we shouldn’t focus on the accuser's forum rank but we should only consider the evidence provided.
However, we should also keep in mind that veteran members are less likely to lie about something like this, as their reputation is at stake, while new users have nothing to lose and can easily create a new account if needed.
You obviously wouldn’t find many ranked users on the forum running into troubles with casinos and in any case, it’s often looked at critically because like you said, it’s always having to put your reputation on the line.
