It is reference information and we should not automatically that all accusations from newbies are invalid but if they only provide vague accusations without enough proof, it's higher chance of invalid.

However, we should also keep in mind that veteran members are less likely to lie about something like this, as their reputation is at stake, while new users have nothing to lose and can easily create a new account if needed.
No one is saying that any scam accusation should be based on rank, because a newbie with evidence to prove his claims has the legitimate right to make such an accusation, what we are saying is the pattern of accusations that we have been having here, that a newbie with a new account just come up to call out a particular casino without any evidence to show.
No legendary rank member will accept to defaim another casino, just because he gets paid to do so, and at most, only newbies can easily be a tool in the hands of imposters trying to dent the image of another person.
