I guess this is a perfect example of "double or triple check your posts before clicking the "Post" button".
Or even after. There are many times that after reviewing the post, I hit publish and once it is published I reread and edit it. Even so, from time to time there may be small errors, misspellings, etc.
And moderators should also think twice about the analysis they do and the actions they take!
