I messed around with the site for a bit and tried to see how the purchase process works on gift cards but every time I choose to buy it, it says it's creating the order and then throws out this error:

I have tried support with no luck, sadly. It's been almost a month of trying a couple times a day and all I was told is that the site "may" be going through maintenance. Some cards work fine, others just give the error I listed previously or another error that I sent to support just saying it failed to create an order. Support also gave instructions on how to pay but... when you can't even get past the "Buy" button without it erroring out, it's hard to deal with any of the payment stuff. I hope at some point things get better with the site, but my experience so far has been less than stellar and it's looking like I'm better off just giving up and moving on instead of continuing to waste time.

We are sincerely sorry to hear that you were unable to purchase the gift cards you wanted. In terms of maintenance, this is a scheduled or unscheduled part of any online service. You may have just happened to be visiting the site at that time. Also, please note that
1) the cards you want may be out of stock from time to time, resulting in your order not being able to be placed.
2) The availability of gift cards is out of our control and is under the control of the issuers.
