Well, even if I'm in a hard destination for getting things from the US, I will give it a shot since Forum collectibles are not so common.

I was wondering when the sale will end (is there a cut-off date, or when all decks are pre-reserved/sold) and when card deck manufacturing is expected to begin.

Manufacturing has actually already begun on a portion of the decks (30 of them). I'm hoping they arrive to me by early next week and I can begin getting the sold decks/sets ready to ship. I don't really have an official cut-off date for sales at this point, but my thought has been to stop the sales a few weeks after merit poker ends, which I believe is happening at the end of April...
but I haven't fully decided yet on a specific date to stop the sale itself.
