I am not defending them but xxxs just got his withdrawal issue solved and he/she waited for a month. There's probably a huge line of customers in line on that front, and not enough staff to work fast. As a new casino that's somewhat understandable that their workforce isn't balanced to the needs yet.
It's not as easy as it sounds. They might need to investigate a ton of people that have way more complex situations, and confirming can be hard to do with people with culturally totally different IDs and proof.
My withdrawal is from 8th of February, in a few days will make it 3 months of waiting.I've had complaint in Askgamblers - shuffle did not responded , now I've made an complaint on CasinoGuru - also no reply.
