FYI backups have been made even before they filed for bankruptcy and those data are safely stored in another database, so deleting it from their accounts makes no difference.
Of course it makes a difference. If you delete your info, they cannot sell it from a backup. Do you think they asked permission from the judge just for shits and giggles?
