I am not defending them but xxxs just got his withdrawal issue solved and he/she waited for a month. There's probably a huge line of customers in line on that front, and not enough staff to work fast. It's not as easy as it sounds. They might need to investigate a ton of people that have way more complex situations, and confirming can be hard to do with people with culturally totally different IDs and proof.
My withdrawal is from 8th of February, in a few days will make it 3 months of waiting.I've had complaint in Askgamblers - shuffle did not responded , now I've made an complaint on CasinoGuru - also no reply. So far looks like they will scam me, hope they'll prove me wrong
Laughable. A casino service like Shuffle, that's actually trying to build a good product, that's also trying to be one of the top crypto casinos like Stake and Sportsbet, have NO reason to "scam" you ser.
Although it might be a false-positive, perhaps they found something suspicious with your account, and/or some suspicious activity in conjunction with other accounts?

Like what, using bots to increase a rating on trustpilot , after hundreds of people are having the same problem with paying.Everyone can share their thoughts on the situation , no ofense , but have you been in a situation like this.Those money are vital for my living and there is nothing Laughable ser.It's laughable. Because your account has been flagged doesn't actually mean that the casino/service is actually a "scam". What it actually means is the casino is doing their job of making sure that there are no nefarious entities doing nefarious things in amd through the casino.
Plus the number of the same complaints in other casinos could probably also mean that they could be used as a mixer/tumbler to obfuscate their outputs.
I'm NOT accusing you, but if your account is flagged, then you might need to wait until it's verified as a false-positive.
